Workforce Opportunities

We are looking to engage local tradespeople, apprentices, laborers and those interested in construction careers.

For all construction work, there is a project goal that 50% of total work hours is to be performed by City residents with 15% performed by project area residents. (see area boundaries in image)

We are looking to engage local residents to work on the Project.  If you live within the following zip code boundary areas: 60612, 60623, 60624, 60639, 60644, 60651, 60707 (Galewood) contact us for more information on the Contact Us page.

The JPSTC Joint Venture is proud to partner with local workforce development programs. Our partners work to provide support for tradespeople and those interested in the construction field.

Please reach out to any of these groups to find out more about apprentice programs. Also, subcontractors to this project are encouraged to recruit from within these programs.
